Mario has lived his whole life in La Venta. He came to know Jesus at twenty years old after many years of chasing worldly joy. Jesus completely transformed him, and since then he has been dedicated to service of any and every kind for the glory of God. He is also passionate about music and worship. 
Katie is from Wyoming, but has now been living in Honduras since she and Mario were married in 2019. She grew up in a home with a love for the Lord and a heart for Honduras. Her biggest desire is to live out a genuine, deep, completely transforming relationship with Jesus, and help others to do the same.
